0 / 6A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
A few good questions
Where should a first trip begin?+
Start with Reykjavík and the south coast. Choose a few waterfalls, coastal stops or the glacier lagoon, and leave time for travel and changing weather.
Can I see the aurora every night?+
The aurora needs darkness, clear skies and solar activity. Check the forecast and give yourself a few evenings to try.
What should I check before driving?+
Check road conditions, weather alerts and your rental terms. When the weather turns, adjust your plans and allow more travel time.
How many stops should I plan each day?+
One or two main stops leaves room for driving, meals and rest. Split longer routes over two days whenever you can.
